Private Instruction

 Private instruction is a great way to deepen your practice, address a condition or injury, focus on a specific part of your body or pose, and create a personal breath or meditation practice.  It is also useful for students who are new to or coming back to yoga. Private lessons can help you get familiar with the poses, the cues, & modifications so you are comfortable coming to a group yoga class.  Several of our teachers offer private lessons.
