The best thing about us is our location and teachers!!! Trailside Yoga is located right on the trail, 4 blocks from the Square and 6 block from the University of Arkansas. We have lots of parking and it’s free! Our practice space is lovely, there is LOTS OF IT, and if you don’t like the heat…turn it off. We offer 25 weekly classes for everyBODY: Beginning Yoga, Gentle, Circuit Training, Vinyasa (breathe + flow), SloFlow, Restorative, Power Hour and Meditation. Click here for our entire schedule.
