Business Policies
Class Passes: Class Passes cannot be shared with another student and cannot be transferred to another student. Class Pass expiration dates cannot be extended for any reason. No refunds are given for Class Passes.
Memberships: Memberships cannot be modified (canceled or put on hold) for the first three (3) months. After three (3) months, written notice is required to cancel your membership (email info@trailsideyoga.com). We offer holds as a curtesy for our members. A hold must be requested in writing (email info@trailsideyoga.com). Members are limited to two (2) holds per year, and each hold cannot exceed three (3) months. Open-ended holds are not allowed. Refunds are not given for memberships.
No-Show Policy: If you have 2 or more no-shows (do not cancel your class prior to it beginning & do not show up for class) within a 30 day period, you will be charged $20. If using a class pass to attend a class & you no-show, that class will be taken off of your class pass.
Late to Class: Students who are more than 5 minutes late to class will not be admitted to class.
Workshop Purchases: Purchases for workshops and/or a series can only be refunded up to 24 hours prior to the event unless otherwise noted. These passes cannot be transferred to another student and cannot be used to attend another workshop.
Children in Class: Children 13 years old & up are welcome to attend class. A parent/guardian must sign the waiver for the minor. Children 13-15 years old must be accompanied by an adult. Children 16 & older are allowed to attend without an adult. All students, regardless of age, must pay to attend classes.
Behavior Expectation: We expect students to treat each other and the teacher/staff with kindness and respect. We reserve the right to ask anyone to leave if he/she/they are disruptive to others in class or in the studio in general. If you are asked to leave, you will not be given a refund.
